Funds On Hold due to Ebay Tracking performance Error On 2 of Our Account

We have 2 selling accounts both 100% Tracking Supplied (Express Postage)

3 weeks ago Ebay started saying 95% then next week 89% and this week down to 80%

No Funds are now on hold, Never in 18 Years has this happened

All Tracking is entered

I Click on the Ebay Tracking nothing there but click on the actual Australia Post Tracking number and it shows the item delivered.

I have contacted ebay 3 weeks ago when I first noticed it but I get the same answer that " it has been passed to the front office."

The tracking is slowly catching up but at least 3 weeks behind

Is anyone else having this problem?
