Getting a real person to discuss issue
i have tried every conceivable option to contact ebay as their automated system cannot resolve my issue and their 1800 number only sends me back to the same merry-go-round. there is no option except to contact the ombudsman in order to have someone to talk to. has anyone got a solution?

If you ditch the capitals,( capslock is shouting) the members here are far more qualified to help you, rather than CS staff who read from a script telling you weird things just to get you to go away.
Don't know how you think the Ombudsman will help.

·2 years agoYes, go on the chat line to CS and as soon as possible ask to speak to a supervisor.
