Hearing Aids item sold by seller. Return tracked and delivery verified, but seller denied return
The seller preferred contact by email and asked for a return and details of the Bank to pay the refund into, that was outside Ebay policy. Ebay cannot be contacted about this issue. By prolonging the return time window, has complicated my return through Ebay. The seller denies receiving the tracked item when Aus Post verified delivery

·1 year agoYour only recourse now is PayPal Buyer Protection or (last resort) chargeback through your bank.
I don't want to rub it in that you’ve not followed the right procedure for eBay’s MBG. Hopefully you have at least learned the right way as a result of this experience.

·1 year agoI find it very hard to believe that you purchased a medical item from some unknown seller on Ebay. What did you know about them or the item you were purchasing. I am sorry but anybody who mucks around with their health certainly has a few problems. As sandy said, Ebay can be contacted if you go about it the correct way. Your actions ar really a scammers delight. Probably not a great idea for you to shop some things on line.

Let alone one in China with alarm bells feedback galore
Who then accepts a return (and will no doubt go on to sell them to someone else)
So most likely 'used' hearing aids at that
OP is very lucky it/they didn't disintegrate into a hundred pieces inside their ear

My mother told me - never to put anything smaller than your elbow into your ears.

Are you saying you did not follow the correct procedure to be covered by the eBay MBG?
What the seller 'preferred' does not come into it, you the buyer have all the power
If you use the tools you are given
What was the reason for the return?
Was it not as described
OR
Was it a change of mind?
Why can you not contact eBay?
If it was indeed done through the proper eBay process, did you upload the tracking to the dispute?

·2 years agoTo add, buying something like hearing aids from a seller registered in China with terrible feedback is not a good idea in the first place
Very big risk at personal injury, even without the rest of what has happened
