how do you make a complaint to Ebay's regarding their systems
Why do you have to open a new account when you purchase goods as a guest and need to contact seller as goods not received. I already have an account and do not wish to open another account but you dont appear to get an option to cater for this situation.

You don't. The problem you are likely encountering is that you are trying to use a guest order link while you are already signed in to an existing eBay account. The guest order is not associated with your eBay account, so you need to sign out of your current account first before using the guest order link.
