Incorrect postage prices quoted AS well as No Postage quoted on listings now.
I know there are some other posts about the postage quoted being incorrect on our listings but I've also noted that a lot of my listings don't even have a postage price quoted.Instead the listings read "Delivery varies" .
I have one that is stating $17.48 for an item I have that weighs less than 500 gms.
This is a mess and I hope ebay will fix it soon.

·8 months agoYou're absolutely correct. The 'Standard Postage' (Australia Post) option for all of my items disappeared, and was replaced with 'Standard Postage + Signature' as a default - and with some very strange postage fees quoted.
I spent an age chatting (online) with an agent (a human one) trying explain the situation, but they didn't get it and kept telling me that my buyers had chosen +Signature postage and that the amount quoted was what Australia Post determines. Both wrong. On contacting all my affected buyers, none wanted +Signature and I have refunded them the (correct) difference and posted using Standard Postage.
I've also gone through all my listings and changed from 'calculated' postage to 'flat rate'. This still took a while as one size doesn't fit all with my items, but at least the correct fees and postage options are now showing against my items for sale. What a mess!
