Invoices to buyer not showing as sent on eBay …still shows Send Invoice .

Question

Have recently sold two items with accepted offer to two different buyers. Sent invoices but eBay still showing ‘send invoice’. Thought I must have forgotten so sent again and still shows ‘send invoice ‘.

Have messaged buyers with no response…not sure if glitch in my end or eBay. Anyone had the same issue? Thanks in advance

The send invoice option will stay until the buyer has paid, that way you can send another invoice as a reminder, although I dont suggest doing this as it resets the clock on the 4 day non payment window.
