Issue with a sale event in my Ebay Store
I have an ebay store and I wanted to move some items to 50% sale event that I created however they they are not discounted and this is what it says next to the item. How do I fix this issue?
SKIPPED: In recent sale
or SKIPPED: New item

·1 year agoI'm not sure of the timeframe, but listings have to be extant for a minimum period before they are eligible.

OP1 year agoI had a 30% sale running and I wanted some items on 50% but it wouldn’t change the. So I cancelled the 30% sale and move the items I wanted to 50%. This still didn’t work. I can’t seem to get any help from eBay. I’m going to wait till tom and see if after 24 hours I can delete the 50% sale and start again. I’m so annoyed with this. You would think that they would have better help available or at least instructions the AI is hopeless too!!!
