I have been selling swimwear for 22 years on ebay and for some reason my items are now not visible on Ebay Germany and other EU countries. (Visible on UK, USA and Canada). After 4 long months of ebay chats and no resolution I received an email yesterday to say my items "do not meet the eligibility criteria" to be displayed on the EU regional platform, including Germany, Spain, Italy, and Greece. No explanation on how to resolve the issue apart from suggesting reviewing the applicable marketplace requirements and compliance guidelines to ensure that the item aligns with the necessary standards for EU platform visibility. Well that just took me around in a great big circle!I just listed a swimwear item on my husbands ID (account for 20 years) and the item appears on the De ebay website no problem! (and no I don't want to use his ID for all my listings).All other Australian ebay sellers selling the same brand that choose to sell Internationally are visible (my competition). I have done google searches and found a suggestion that I needed to register on the LUCID packaging registration but this is something that my husband has not done on his ebay ID so does not explain why the item I just listed on his ID is showing up in Germany.I have tried just doing "worldwide" shipping. Still no luck.Any help would be greatly appreciated as I think I have been more than patient with the unhelpful customer service team.
