mobile app scan tool for tracking
What has happened to postage tracking scanner on the mobile app. Very useful tool. Time saving and always correct. Some will say why use it, why buyer needs tracking. As a buyer I want to know where my item is. example i have a 2kg parcel coming from the u.k to perth but its sitting in New york and has been for 2 weeks .
Its a courtesy to contact the buyer to say thanks for the purchase and load the details for them to track, the scanner saves time and was handy . will continue customer service by manually loading and confirming post but thought it would have been sorted by now.
Please ebay can you fix the scanner tool on the mobile app.

Afraid I cannot give you any advice since I do not own a smart phone, so I can't tell you anything about what has happened from personal experience
