eBay Help is still at the top of every page, so you can report it (although they will deny there is an issue, as they always do)
I have no idea if it is an eBay issue or an afterpay issue this time. There were issues after issues after issues for weeks, which eBay either flat out denied existed or said 'it would be fixed' (none of them were)
