"Payment still processing" then gets cancelled after 3 hours | Report eBay Technical Issues

Trying to buy a item for the last 2 days now, I can put in my details and successfully checkout, but when I go to purchase history it says "1 unpaid item". When I click that item "payment still processing" is next to the payment method. I've tried multiple cards, Apple Pay, Paypal etc. and nothing seems to work. Anyone else experiencing this issue?
