And there is a box next to your sold items that you can tick and use the archive function

If you went through eBay the sold ones will automatically be deleted from Selling. The refunded ones will, I believe, sit in Sold until the 90 days is up. Otherwise look in Inactive.
If you sold elsewhere, simply end the relevant listing(s).
With 56 items for sale, it's hardly onerous. Or makes a difference.
