Anyone else encountering this? Bought some items earlier today but when bidding on something this afternoon (that I really wanted...) when went to place a bid in the last few minutes I was refused, with the message "You're unable to buy this item because you have a record of 3 orders in the last 12 month(s) that were cancelled because they weren't paid for.". I have no cancelled or unpaid orders listed against my profile, and if I try bidding on another item I get that there are "...2 order...

nope, only me - even if they did, any transactions would be captured in the account purchase history, and there's nothing there that's not through me, or that relates.
