Problem with deleting of watchlist items
Hello,
When deleting watchlist items, it deletes the ones also in every other watchlist sub-category
So why have items of interest in any other sub-catagory, if they exist in the watchlist
Can someone fix this?

Although you've posted on the "Report Technical Issues" forum, unlike other eBay sites, no eBay staff reply here and it's highly unlikely they even read anything here.
However, it's not a technical glitch.
For some silly reason eBay decided to make this change to "delete all" about 2 years ago. There have been numerous complaints about it.
The only workaround it seems to be:
Open each item on your Watch List that you want to move to another list (or keep on another list) in a new browser tab.
Delete the item(s) from your Watch List. Go to the browser tab with the item listing, and then add the item to the custom list.
You may need to refresh the page first if the item was already on the list and still appears to be on the list.

Have you actually reported your issue? If not, that would be your first step. There's absolutely zero chance of anything being done if they don't know about it - not that the chances would be much higher if they did.
