Purchase History Disappeared

My purchase history is no longer available.
I've purchased for the last 17 years and even the last 60 days has gone.
Any ideas?

But make sure you are logged into the correct account first

·1 month agoThe last 17 years won't come into it since purchase history does not 'stay' for anywhere remotely close to that long
You have no 'recent' feedback so have you changed the drop down menu?
Are you on the app or the real site?
Is it possible you either have another account you signed into istead of this one? or logged in as a guest?

This may not sound convincing. The problem resolved itself overnight. 🤔
I have one account and now purchase history is available back to 2017 which is further back then I'm sure it used to be.

I just checked this morning. History is still there and back 10 years.
It's interesting what I was buying back then. 😀

Try another browser to rule out a browser issue.
Make sure you are signed in to the correct eBay account, and that you are viewing the correct date range of your Purchase History rather than a small subset.
Try this link to see the purchase history of this account back to 2017:

If you see old purchases but not recent ones, is it possible your recent purchases were made using a different eBay account? This can be easy to do inadvertently by using a new device or a new browser or by signing in using a social media account not linked to an existing eBay account.
