Unable to add bank account for seller payouts

For several weeks now I have been unable to add a bank account for seller payouts.
When selecting an Australian bank for payout I receive the error:
The webpage at https://ap-test.trustly.com/_/orderclient.php?Locale=en_US&OrderID=7365412764&SessionID=db8246c8-cd3d-4ef0-ba4b-9c8fc29da922 might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
I have used various browsers including chrome and firefox on both Linux and Windows operating systems.
I think this could be a problem affecting a large number of ebay users.

·8 months agoI did what u asked deleted all bank acc but know the problem is the 2 banks I have won't cone up on ur list which is up bank and u bank I don't have another account nor can I make another acc

Why can’t you open an account with a bank acceptable for Managed Payments?
And if you are not signed up to Managed Payments, why do you have stuff listed for sale?
How do you plan to be paid if you have not done what is required?
Better to start your own thread than post on one 4 years old, which will be locked by a mod when one is next online
