1) What shows in your Seller Hub ?
and
2) What happens when you go to your Seller account > Personal Information
When you've spoken to an agent, let us know exactly how the situation is rectified as all the information on the forum helps others in a similar situation.

Other members have given you all the information you need
eBay staff are not going to tell you anything different than what you have already been advised
eBay do not read the forum, so if you want to ask eBay, you will need to contact them directly yourself

·3 weeks ago · EditedFirst of all, I don't think your account's locked in the true sense of the word.
You've been able to buy but not list an item to sell.
And as you've found out, typing anything into the eBay Help search box in regards to registering to sell / updating information often leads to an endless loop of NOTHING.
It will give you the information about what you need to do but doesn't show you how to do it.
If sellers haven't sold for a long time, when clicking on Selling > List an item, the registration / update information process link should pop up.
Much of the time it doesn't.
1) You've sold in the past so go to your Seller Hub
.
Do you see a message there :
"* *You're Steps away from gettiing back to Selling
Start listing again with a few simple account updates. We'll walk you through it
Update account details (a clickable link)"
OR
2) If not, go to your My eBay > Account > Selling > Seller Account.
You'll need to start with Personal Information verification which will lead you to payment information verification etc
OR
3) If that doesn't work, go to eBay Help and type "Registering as a seller" into the search box.
Open up the link which will show you all the verification requirements,
both personal and bank.
At the bottom of the page click on Contact Us
On the right hand side you'll see the automated assistant.
Ask to speak to an agent and they should be able to walk you through the process

You cannot unlock your own account
You know why you cannot list anything, no point trying until you do what you are required to do as a seller

OP3 weeks agoI am getting all these errors, how can I unlock my account? This is my account and I just made a purchase last month as well, why can't I list anything.......
And my messages inbox is BLANK!!!!! ??????????????????????

OP3 weeks agoYeah, I searched Managed Payments in Help page, but nothing really showed up, only showed up the payments section, so I tried to add my payment account, and yes it's NAB, in Australia

As you haven't sold in a long time, just trying to add a bank account in order to sell is unlikely to be successful.
There's every chance you'll need to verify your personal information first because the bank account has to be in the same name.
Have you tried ANY of the suggestions in my previous post ?
