Who else has had their account infected with eBays variations fault??
Summary: marks.market is experiencing ongoing issues with eBay's variation listings, where edited listings result in scrambled prices, blank fields, or deleted variations reappearing. Despite eBay's assurances to fix the problem within 60 days and provide updates via email, no resolution has been reached even after 90 days. marks.market expresses frustration over paying substantial fees while being unable to manage stock levels and prices, impacting their business operations.
I have seen a few sellers mentioning this on other forums and social media pages. Listings with variations can be edited, but when the changes are submitted prices jumble amongst the variations, fields in new variations go blank, deleted variations reappear.
eBay has admitted this has been an issue since December 2025, promised me it would be fixed within 60 days, assured me I will be contacted by email within 72 hours, none of these promises have been fulfilled. It has now been an issue for me for 90 days.
What is the point in paying 2k a month i fees if I cannot change quantities, add new variations to my product lines, change prices to reflect Aus Post price increases. I cant use the platform as it is intended. I have 10k in stock that has arrived in that time and I cant even update my stock levels on the existing listings.
23 years and this is the service you get when there is a major issue. Well done eBay, great job.

·3 weeks agoI looked at a few of your listings and revision history shows that you revised variations , added, changed, updated quantities etc as recently as July and August.
There is likely a glitch when you try with bulk revisions and you are trying to do too many at one time. Restrict it to 10-20 in bulk revision rather than 100 or 200 at a time
"What is the point in paying 2k a month i fees" , those fees are predominantly final value fees so you are selling your items. I know lots of sellers would be happy to be paying that and would put up with a glitch because it means they are selling $10-15000 a month.
You ARE using the platform as intended and clearly it is NOT a major issue.
Walk away if you are not happy but spare me the "woe is me" diatribe.
