Why do I only get vastly "Overlarge" EBay Plus page during the day? It is impossible to navigate. | Report eBay Technical Issues

During the Australian day, I can only log in to a very "zoomed up" "EBay Plus" log in or Personal Page, with very large fonts, big black arrows, few graphics, and which is almost impossible to navigate or Search with. Category links appear, but are very difficult use. This has been happening for several months. This is usually a sign of overloaded servers, deliberate redirection, or very badly written programming [which has happened before with EBay], and excessive, unsafe use of Javascripts. I have not joined EBay Plus, and have no interest in a paid subscriber service. Why am I having "EBay Plus" forced upon me? I can only get on to my normal looking Account Page at night, probably when there is less traffic, deliberately or inadvertently. I called , but only get redirected back to the Website "Help", with no ability to contact Customer Service or leave a message. Does anyone have any specific knowedge of the situation, or a resolution? What is happening to EBay?
