My Seller is avoiding answering a return request on a faulty item (a TV that has failed after 10 weeks from purchase & just 3 weeks use)I am unable to request a resolution as a buyer because the seller has removed the item from the purchase list as it is apparently outside his return dates.Under Consumer Law, I believe a faulty item in less than 12 months is due a refund. How can I get EBay involved to assist in resolving this problem?
