How come I am still charged postage even though I have an EBay Plus subscription?

What's the use of an EBay Plus Subscription if postage is still charged on items.

There's quite a long list of requirements before a seller is eligible to have the ebayplus badge on their listings

But when you're searching for items, if you tick the ebayplus box on the left hand side of the page , it will narrow down your seach

If an item is listed with postage specified, then the listing does not qualify for the ebayPlus badge, and benefits do not apply for ebayPlus members.

If the item does not have an ebay plus sign on it then there is no free delivery, not all sellers are signed up for ebay plus.
