Demanding a refund here is pretty pointless.  This is a Community Forum - other members just like you.  Ebay are very unlikely to see your rant. 

Suggest you read all the dos and dont before you buy much more.   Learned members here are always willing to help if they know details but not keen on being spoken to like that

You follow the proper policy and open and follow through with an item not received dispute

Simply demanding and complaining will not achieve a thing
