Why does EBay push Sendle to sellers when they are consistently so terrible?
A quick search through this site shows how Sendle is completely useless with terrible buyer supprt.
After some really bad experiences, I want to avoid sellers using Sendle, but you only find out if they use Sendle after your purchase.
How can this be legal or fair?

·3 years agoI agree Sendle simply does not deliver to all addresses in Australia and when they do deliver it takes up to, 3 times longer than Australia Post. My recommendation and what I will personally do from now on, is message a seller before bidding to get an assurance that they will use Australia Post. If they prefer to use Sendle then I will not purchase from them. End of story!

·3 years agoCheck postage section of listing and see what seller has listed on there. However, some will put Aust Parcel and then send via sendle.
I am with you and am not interested in using them at any cost.
You can always get a quick message off to seller and ask. I have done that many times if I am in doubt.
