Hi, I have just tried to start a sale event which I usually do for a week or two each month but this time when I was adding which items I want to include in the sale the postage for them all keep automatically including free postage even tho the original listings are not free postage but calculated on buyer's location, I am not seeing any option to cancel the free postage from the create sale event page, I have reached out to eBay CS team which as usually not much help in this matter.
Has anyone else ran into this issue before & know how to fix this ?
