·3 years agowhat is the item? How much did you expect the auction to reach? How much was the 'high offer'?
My reason for asking is that unusually high offers on some items can be indicative of a scam. Your answers will inform us so we can assess the situation.

I'm pretty sure that if there are bids on an item then the "best offer" function is no longer available.

·3 years agoYes, the Make an Offer button should disappear as soon as a bid is placed. I wonder if the OP means he received an offer in a PM?
