Hi,
I listed an item. Someone made me a low offer.
First I sent a counter-offer explicitly asking for pick up only
(I said "I can sell for X but only if you pick up at ...").
The buyer counter-offered again without messages.
I replied with the same amount they asked without accepting the counter-offer and I asked again if they were OK to pick up in person.
They accepted the offer but still without any message...
I contacted them separately again asking only for pick up, but still no reply.
If they don't reply, can I cancel the order without any problems or fees?

OP1 year agoUPDATE: the buyer finally read my messages, apologised and accepted to cancel the order.

You will get your fees refunded and be able to relist.
Don't forget to block the time waster.
