Have any sellers had this issue before, and how did you fix it?

Ebay randomly restricted my sellers account one day and asked me for all of these documents such as proof of purchase for the items I am selling, even though I source things from garage sales, Auction sites and deceased estates where there are no receipts given. They also deleted all of my listings for no given reason even though I had a great seller rating with nothing but good feedback and reviews. Upon reinstating my account because they made a mistake I was told I could easily realist all of the listings they took off me. I have yet to be able to resist the items and ebay has not tried to help. They have also for some random reason lowered my listing and earning amounts so that I can only list a small amount of items for sale as well as significantly lowered the amount im allowed to make. Has anyone experienced this? And how did you fight back to get your account back to normal?
