Anyone else receiving Single Use Plastic Violations for items that are NOT single use plastic??

Hey Guys,

I'm trying to find any other sellers having the same issues as we are & have been for the last 8 months.

Every morning I arrive in the office to find up to 100 of our listings being removed overnight for apparently violation the Single Use Plastics Policy all determined by AI.

Problem is the items being removed are Glass, Paper, Cardboard, Melamine, Porcelain none of them are Single Use Plastic.

Each time this happens we get a violation, we appeal, the appeal is approved, item relisted, then item removed again with another policy violation.

Has been going on for 8 months now & recently escalated to the point my store has been restricted three times now in the last month. Each time has been appealed & proven that we did not break any policies.

Our store has been quite successful for almost 15 years but has now virtually been destroyed & we are no closer to having anything resolved.

I have a staff member who deals with this almost all day everyday trying to put our store back together & deal with ebay call centre who have don't know how to fix this.

I'm just looking for anyone else having similar issues to try & see why we are being targeted like this. As yet I haven't found another seller going through what we are being subjected to at the moment.

Ideas, suggestiions or people going through the same would be great to hear
