It's only a few clicks to open a chat window, and it usually takes less than a minute to wait before an agent joins the chat.

I also don't think there's anything at all difficult in typing "speak to agent", which is all that is required to interact with a human.

So, no... it's not getting more difficult to type those words. The level of difficulty hasn't changed one little iota.
