Anyone know a good accountant?
Summary: retrogeekaustralia asked for recommendations for a good accountant, but the responses from ku962724 and kh-sireesha did not provide any information or suggestions.
Hey guys, im just wondering if anyone knows a good accountant who has experience in eBay selling. I have seen one before but i don't feel i was taken seriously and didn't give very helpful advice, she gave me a basic run down of things to record but i feel im still pretty lost.
At the moment i am just using a spreadsheet to record all my sales and expenses, however over the last 12 months it has grown quite a bit and it's becoming very time consuming and i know there got to be a more efficient way of doing what i am doing. I'm also not all that confident that i am recording everything properly.
I live in the Illawarra region so if anyone here knows of anywhere close that has experience with eBay selling that would be great, i would be willing to travel to Sydney if it meant i was going to get some worthy advice.

·8 months agoTotally fair to want someone who actually “gets” eBay selling. Look for an accountant who specialises in online retail, stock tracking, and GST. Plenty exist in Sydney/Illawarra. You can also find experienced ecommerce accountants through ServiceTasker, which makes the whole search way less painful.
