Australia: Offering Untracked Envelope, Tracked AND Express Parcel on the same item | Selling

Hey eBay'ers, I have an Australian-specific postage question: I'm selling some very small, flat items, and I am able to post them in envelopes. For the majority of my cheaper items I select 'Australia Post Domestic Regular Letter Untracked', I then offer 'Australia Post Domestic Regular Letter With Tracking' for an additional fee. However, I want to be able to add a third option of 'Australia Post Express Parcel', for an even higher fee. I can't however seem to add this option because of the fact that I've selected 'Letter'. If I select 'parcel' as the base option however, then I can't offer untracked. How can I add this third option? As a seller I want to be able to offer this express option firstly because they could get it quicker and secondly because it could be an option that not all other similar sellers offer.
