I will need to look carefully at the new 250g use your own packaging option - depending on band savings, it may be cheaper to post as a parcel for large tracked letters, even medium tracked letters. Though I have bought up a few packs. Also some 20c stamps - not that I post that many untracked letters these days.
AP is advertising that the XS satchels will be available in-store and online from 1st August.
The eBay branded satchels are available now, and have been for some time. AP are not denying you access to the service at all. You can purchase the available product - or not, which is entirely your own personal choice.
AP ARE denying me access to THEIR product. They are only giving me access to the eBay product, which doesn't include prepaid satchels - very handy for rural areas.

·1 year agoMy local PO says AP expect to have XS satchel/mailers available, maybe, in August.
Way to go. Offer a service, but don't allow access to it.
Yes, I know I can use 'own packaging' for under 250g, but the advertised service is for 5kg - a marked difference.
