Basic vs Pro - creating multiple listing?

Hi,
I'm just trying to make heads and tails of the new plans. I don't need many of the advanced features from the Pro plan, but something I do regularly is use the create multiple listing option to create ~30 listing at once.
I can see that in the table that compares plans, it calls out that the basic plan doesn't have "Multi-quantity listing, multi-variation listing and bulk listing". I'm just looking for confirmation that the "create multiple listings" page is in fact bulk listing - I know it likely is, just seems strange eBay have aligned the naming...
