Buyer entered the wrong shipping address. Will I lose seller promotion if I accept cancellation? | Selling

HiUnfortunately, the buyer of my listing made used their old shipping address on the order and then requested a cancellation (after already paying), I of course would then have to re-list the item if I accept the cancellation. Problem is, I had a seller promotion for zero final value fees on that listing which was used up when the buyer paid, the promotion only applied to a single sale. If I re-list I assume that I will lose this promo and will be out of pocket for quite a large sum upon the re-sale, as the item is quite expensive. Is there anything that can be done here on eBay's end?The buyer is saying that I can just send it to the original address and they should be able to redirect it to their local post office using the, but I'm concerned about this potentially not working out.Appreciate any thoughts.
