An item was sold with the option of local pick-up or postage. The buyer paid for postage then decided to collect the item. I was unaware that I needed a QR Code or pin and handed over the goods thinking that I just select in the listing that the goods were delivered ( I believe that was how it was done the last time I used local pick, which was a long time ago). I have the buyers details, but don't know what the next steps are to receive payment.

Also how do I contact eBay - all the contact information including eBay Customer Support sends you on an endless loop or as with the phone, states where help may be obtained for sellers and buyers using the internet and finished with "have a nice day" before cutting you off!!! Is there anywhere where a dummy can talk to a real person to get some direction and help?
