Buyer has paid for two items (no combined postage) how do I separate them to print two labels? | Selling

A buyer has purchased two items from me and I can only print one label for both. I have managed with great difficulty getting a box to fit both (will refund buyer some postage) However, for future knowledge, how would I go about separating them to print two labels for separate parcels if they would not fit into one box? Some advice from the wise and knowledgeable would be appreciated.
