A buyer sent me an offer for an item I'm selling, and I was going to accept it, but I just got distracted by work and other things, and then a few hours later I received a message saying that the buyer has paid for the items at full price. Is this unusual, and is there anything I need to do (besides shipping the item, which I of course will do). There was still plenty of time for me to accept the offer so I just found it a bit odd that they jumped the gun...
