Buyer not confirmed receipt of sold item
Hi i sold an item and once sold delivered it to the buyer - he has paid but not confirmed receipt - thus my money is in limbo
How can i help him confirm receipt as he is new to ebay

·1 year agoI take it that this was a pick up item? and the QR code was not used?
Have you fully completed sign up to Managed Payments and been verified to sell?
The main reason your money is on hold (assuming you have indeed signed up) is because you are seen as a new seller, and like every seller who has not sold in some time, your money is on hold for up to 30 days, as you agreed to when listing
This buyer has not left you feedback either, so even more unlikely your funds would be released early
Is there a 'mark as sent' option or similar showing for you?
