sold an item on Ebay. Ebay deducted $16 from purchase already. Buyer decided on way to pick up not to go ahead with purchase. How to contact ebay to discuss.

·3 months agoIf the buyer paid, simply cancel the transaction using the reason "Buyer asked to cancel".
If the buyer hasn't paid, then cancel the transaction after 4 days using the reason "Buyer hasn't paid".
