Buyer request refund cuz of misclick but ebay still charge fees?
The buyer requested a refund due to misclick and no issues on my end, but ebay is still taking 12 dollars of fees that I have to pay back?

·1 year agoIf you cancel the order using the reason that the buyer requested a cancellation , your fees will be refunded

Buyers can't cancel orders, only sellers can.
If the buyer bought one of your items, paid, then changed their mind, all they can do you ask / request you cancel the order.
When you've completed the cancellation, using the reason that the buyer requested it, the buyer will be refunded their money and you'll have your final value fee credited to you.

The buyer can request that you cancel, but that's it
