Buyer wants to cancel
Hi, I sold an item, which is a high end piece of clothing so not cheap. The person with the winning bid then messaged me and asked me questions about the item and asked for pictures of the inner tags. She wanted more pics but I'm away for 2 days. I said I would video the item if she liked, zooming in on tags, stitching, whatever she liked. She then said she isn't happy and doesn't want it now and told me to cancel her order. I will fact, she sent me 5 messages before I'd even read first insisting I cancel it.
Im really upset cos other people wanted it, but she won it and then decided to ask questions, then changes her mind. What do I do in this situation?

·3 years agoCancel using buyer requested, then offer it to the next highest bidder.
OR, if the next highest doesn't want it, given you now have a good idea of what it's worth, relist at BIN.
