Buyer will not pick up item
I sold an item on eBay, the tracking number says its waiting for collection at the post office, however it has been over a week and the buyer has still not picked up. I have contacted the buyer on several occasions, however ive had no response. This item will be returned to sender in the next few days if not picked up. Problem is eBay will not release the purchase funds until the buyer has noted it has been received. How can I contact eBay to discuss this issue?

·4 months agoIf eBay won't release your funds until the item is delivered, talking to them won't make an iota of difference. Until the item is returned, the buyer may still collect it at any time - which means return requests are still in play. You talking to an eBay agent won't change that.
If the buyer fails to collect the item, it's the same as refusing delivery. Their coverage afforded by the MBG is then no longer applicable.
There's really no point in you doing anything at all until you see how things play out.
