Buyers have confirmed receipt of items and Ebay still not releasing funds.
I have 3 payments on hold, and the buyers have confirmed receipt of the items and left positive feedback.
Does anyone know how i can get help on this as it has been weeks since the items were delivered (used untracked post as they were low value items). I can't get past AI help-bot and none of the eBay info sheets are being clear.
Any help would be great as I want to keep selling but i wont keep doing it if i can't get my funds paid out?

eBay see you as a 'new' seller
As you agreed to when you listed, your funds will be on hold for 14-30 days, *if* you have fully signed up to Managed Payments and been verified to sell
If you have not done that, you will not be paid until you do
It's quite clear in what you had to agree to when you listed
