I have 3 payments on hold, and the buyers have confirmed receipt of the items and left positive feedback. Does anyone know how i can get help on this as it has been weeks since the items were delivered (used untracked post as they were low value items). I can't get past AI help-bot and none of the eBay info sheets are being clear. Any help would be great as I want to keep selling but i wont keep doing it if i can't get my funds paid out?
