Buying saying item not received wants refund
Buyer saying item not received.Tracking indicates delivered.I have opened Australia Post case and waiting on advice.Buyer wants refund.Its only been about 3 days since it was supposed to arrive.

·2 years agoIf the tracking shows a delivery status of “delivered”, you are protected under Seller Protection. You are under no obligation to refund the buyer; it would be good if you continued to chase up the situation with AP and hopefully see it sorted out, but the buyer is dreaming with the refund request.

OP2 years agoHe opened a case through eBay just today stating item tracking says delivered but has not received it…pretty much said straight away he wanted a refund(via message)
