Just be aware that these days, customer help is overseas and for the most part , manned by untrained staff who read from a script.
You may occasionally find an agent who can help you in a chat or a callback but you'll generally get more accurate help and advice from long term buyers and sellers who actually use eBay, here on the forums.

·9 months agoIf you are talking about the chat sessions on "eBay help", then yes you can, simply ask to speak to a supervisor/agent.
