Can I issue an invoice for sales paid and unpaid in the last 24 hours?
Hi,
I have sold three items to the same buyer over the past 26 hours. A seasoned buyer. Despite me posting to wait for invoice on multiple purchases, the buyer has paid individually on two items yesterday (meaning 2x postage). Today they have bought another which is unpaid at present. Is there a way to issue an invoice for this entire purchase please? I've searched "Help" without success. The only item/s I can send an invoice for are unpaid ones. Virtual Assistant is no help either.
I can work out the maths easily but I worry the seller may not understand unless in an Invoice format.

OP2 years agoOk, thanks. Would be great if there was the ability to issue an invoice with payment/s already made being deducted.

·2 years agoWait for payment on the third item them refund excess postage. eBay will credit your fees, so it's a zero sum game.
