cancelling a sale by seller for non pament
It is a while since I cancelled a sale due to non payment.
I recall it to be simple using the option in the drop down menu.
That is apparently no longer the case. After searching the help pages (?) and then contacting CS, I found that ebay has no options available other than moving the sale info to archives.
If someone has a more helpful suggestion, I would appreciate your help.

You only have 30 days to open an Unpaid Item Case > Cancel Order > Buyer hasn't paid

I would not take any notice of eBay cs who are just typing from scripts
The ability to cancel due to non payment would still need to be there, so that 'buyer' can get a non payment strike
Does the blue button on this page do anything?
