Cancelling listing

Question

Hi , just recently sold an item.Buyer paid and picked up. No dispute. What I sold was 24 service manuals.I tried to cancel the listing , but the listing remains.Ebay seemed to think I had 24 items for sale. When I tried to revise the listing and remove the 23 that ebay claimed, I hit a road block. What am I doing wrong?

It shows as 1 available and 1 sold, so don't know how you are trying to cancel 23In your active listings, next to edit, select the expand/drop down key, the select end listing.
