This is classic f*up from ebay Australia. Very incapable team. They have deployed updates on August 14th and obviously happily headed home for the weekend. Here we go, price change is genuinely broken for more than a day already. How on earth can you imagine in the company like this to have piece of software bypass all testing prior to deployment and end up with this broken state? Say this did happen, but how is that in 21st century with all the tech in place they cannot undo the recent faulty change. Not to fix the problem but simply rollback the bad update to the previously working state??? How it is not done yet!?!?!

Use sell similar, make sure the postage is correct, and schedule or list.

In Seller Hub find the listing in Scheduled or Active, hover over the price and a pencil will appear. Click on this and you will be able to revise the price.

Had this problem for 2 days now with 'sell similar' listings where I can't revise the price. I've had some success with creating the listing on PC, listing for the original price, then revising the listing price on the mobile app.

I've wasted a whole day on the same problem - could this be because I have sold over my Monthly Limit? However, I don't know what my Monthly Limit is, and can't find it on my Seller Hub page. So frustrating!

Same issue here - tried on different browsers, both on Windows and Mac- unable to list using 'sell similar item' as the only price that stickes is the original item price. Also Unable to 'edit lisitng' to change price, just get the 'greater than$1 error.

Yes, same here. I noticed it last night, then this morning too. I have tried to save to draft, end and sell similar. Nothing works. Hope the problem has a quick fix.

Have the same problem. Yesterday (13/8) I was able to update the"Item Price" but today (14/8 at 8.00am) no go. After every update and" save" the amount refers to the original amount. Also noted that the field "Pricing Format" does not show any data. It is just blank.

I've had a similar problem in the past.

Try entering the new amount, then hitting the tab button. That sometimes makes the new amount stick. You might have to do it a few times before it works.

Other than that, hopefully it's just Friday.

I think EBay is a bit of a scam, I had a problem with an order, tried to get help online with their chat bot which did not help me at all, spent 20 mins trying to find a contact number, found four different numbers, tried each one got a message saying each number is disconnected. ???? Very strange and suspect.

Yes, just today. Exactly the same problem as booksforchange. I made changes to my template which didn't help soI created a new template which only made things worse. Perhaps I'll wait and see if it corrects itself.

If so, could be part of the usual Friday foolery at eBay

Having similar issue putting in a buy it now on a new listing. Won't retain the price in the box and getting a red error message each time to put in a price. I think it's a glitch today.
